Our free simple and easy to use instruction tool can be downloaded to a user’s desktop by visiting our website
www.igentassist.co.uk . When you want to book a rental, simply click on the igent assist desktop icon, complete the instruction form and click send. You’ll be able to save or print a copy of the instruction for your file at the same time.
Replacement vehicles, inspections & repairs arranged same day
We don’t have to wait for the Third Party to report the claim, or for the Third Party Insurer to confirm liability before we can act. We are able to accept new clients immediately, which means we can often place the client in a replacement vehicle on the same day / next day.
Like for like vehicles guaranteed – specialists in sports & prestige cars
We are completely independent, and only work with select number of ABI approved service providers that meet our required service standards. This means we are always able to guarantee the right car to match the clients individual requirements. Put simply, if the client drives an Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari etc…we will arrange a replacement Aston Martin, Bentley or Ferrari for as long as the client needs it. We also are also able to arrange vehicle rentals in cases involving the Motor Insurers Bureau.
We handle all phone calls, updates & issues throughout the rental
A single Non Fault vehicle rental / repair from the initial booking to final recovery of charges can take many hours, often spread over a number of months until the case is settled. Following your initial instruction (takes approximately 5 minutes), we take care of absolutely everything else, leaving you to spend your time doing something more productive for your business!
We work for the client, not the rental companies.
We’re completely independent, which means we’re always able to keep our client’s best interests at the heart of our business. We provide regular, honest feedback to our service providers, which helps to improve service standards. This part of our service is most valuable to our clients as each client knows that there is always someone available that they can trust to offer guidance or assistance during their Non Fault rental experience.
We guarantee our clients will never pay a penny towards rental or repair charges.
Upon accepting a new client from igent assist, our service providers agree never to charge our client for the cost of a rental or repair. Our service providers must recover their own rental / repair charges directly from the Third Party insurer. If our service providers are unsuccessful either in part or in full, they have agreed to write off the balance, ensuring that our clients will never be sent a bill for a rental or repair.

What happens after the instruction has been sent to igent assist?
We immediately contact the client and arrange the replacement vehicle. We’ll also arrange the vehicle recovery, independent inspection and repairs if necessary.
We’ll deal with all phone queries, updates, and issues that arise throughout the rental process, saving you valuable time and resources.
Our service provider then recovers their own rental / repair costs directly from the Third Party Insurer. If they’re unsuccessful, they will write off the cost.
At the end of the rental, we’ll provide you with a copy of the rental invoice to include with your own claim for costs.
